VARRHO
Electronic music Producer, Composer, Visual Artist and born in Coimbra, he started to play accordion while teenager and at the same time initiated programming electronic music in the late '90s in Fasttracker II, a MSDOS sequencer and sampler.
His influences were IDM from demoscene, swap floppy disks by post with other sceners, attending demoparties such as Inércia in Porto and Lisbon, BCN party in Barcelona, Mekka Symposian and Evoke in Germany, competing with other artists, mainly within the Techno, Drum&Bass and Experimental genres.
In 2004 he started to perform live acts in several venues and festivals in Portugal, using Ableton Hardware controller.
In 2010 he started to produce visual art for his live performances, using real-time graphics and shaders, and later on, he started to create visual art for other artists and events.
Current Work
Currently focused on creating immersive audio-visual experiences and live performances, exploring the intersection of music, technology, and visual arts through various digital media projects.
